Kiki Saragnese

Kiki Saragnese, Director of Prevention and Outreach

Kiki Saragnese joined Missouri Network Against Child Abuse in May 2025. As Director of Prevention and Outreach, Kiki and her team lead statewide child sexual abuse prevention strategies, including the Missouri Stewards of Children Network and the Awareness to Action Missouri program and provide training and technical assistance to child advocacy centers and stakeholders around the state. Kiki also serves as the lead MO-NACA representative to Prevent Child Abuse America and oversees implementation of MO-NACA’s Communications Plan.

Kiki’s background is in violence prevention and public health. Prior to joining the team at Missouri Network Against Child Abuse, she served as the Community Initiatives Coordinator at Jackson County Public Health, launching and stewarding a collective impact network committed to achieving health equity in Jackson County. Kiki also spent more than five years leading violence prevention programming at the Metropolitan Organization Countering Sexual Assault, first as a Prevention Specialist and then Coordinator of Youth Programs. Kiki has a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Missouri and a Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She lives in Kansas City with her wife, Candice, and son, Isidore. Kiki is an avid reader, thrift shopper, and coffee drinker.
