Standing With Children Awards

Missouri Network Against Child Abuse hosted the 12th Annual Standing With Children Awards, bringing together leading voices in child abuse, nonprofits, community members, partners, and lawmakers to celebrate and support legislators and child advocates who share our vision of a Missouri free of child abuse. Awards were presented to individuals and organizations who have advanced the movement to end child abuse in Missouri. In 2025, MO-NACA recognized Senator Lincoln Hough (R-30), Senator Tracy McCreery (D-24), Carol and John D’Attoma, founders of SACRED (Sexually Abused Children’s Relief Endeavor), and Verna Kelsey, outgoing Executive Director of the North Central Missouri Children’s Advocacy Center.
